It only took two hours of page reloads this morning to get it to work. Hell, this was harder than getting baseball playoff tickets through Ticketmaster.

Eh, doesn't seem any worse than Per Se or Babbo. I'm sure if you're important enough or know the right people, you can get a table without using the web site.
